Channel-Specific YouTube Player?

This is a complete shot in the dark: About a week or so ago, someone here posted an interesting project where they had made their own youtube video player allowing it to only offer up content from a select group of channels. I made a point to circle back to it, but I can't find it anymore. Anyone have any recollection of the project/author?
