EU Based Alternatives to Cloudflare


I'm looking to move our business site and webshop to a strictly EU based provider for several reasons (GDPR, supporting local businesses, “because I'm told to”, etc). Right now it is hosted in the EU, but it is behind Cloudflare. I'm looking for an alternative to Cloudflare that is EU based and owned. I have looked at a few, however while finding a CDN is easy, finding out which is a good fit is not. Basically, I'm looking for an alternative that is:

1. EU based and owned

2. Fast in the EU (more specifically in Scandinavia. Elsewhere is unimportant for this site)

3. Has good options to help secure a WordPress site. CF WAF blocks a lot

I have of course looked at some CDN provider sites and also some “Alternative to” sites. But I find it pretty hard to find unbiased comparisons. Especially around the security features.

I'd like to see competition in this space too, but it hasn't really caught up? OVH comes to mind, as well as some smaller Dutch and Swiss providers.
