Skill assessment was easy when I was looking for a job. The 1-month trial isn't great if you're already employed and have to quit to do that and not really know if you're chosen or not.
My memory isn't great about it but I remember finding out they install a screen recorder on your computer to know if you're "really" working. You should double check that.
