Two years ago, there was a &ldquo;dry turkey&rdquo; thread after Thanksgiving.Sharing recipes before turkeys go in ovens makes more sense to me.So how do you cook your bird?

I'm Italian but married with a US citizen. I found out that the recipe essentially is:- Turkey- Butter on the outside- Butter on the inside- More butter
