What do you think of companies paying out accessibility bounties similar to bug bounties for finding and reporting accessibility issues?

Finding accessibility bugs does not require 1337 skillz, nor hours speculatively chasing down possible rabbit holes, nor ...Just hire a few people with various accessibility issues, and have them go through your site looking for issues.
