Are relocation jobs to Europe available anymore?

For context: From India. I work at a US firm remotely, our entire team does too. I wanted to know if jobs that offer relocation are available anymore, especially since the increase in remote jobs after the Pandemic; and the subsequent lower operating cost.

1. Are US companies willing to sponsor VISAs for remote work? Like in my case 2. Are there non-US countries, European ones - Germany, France, etc., that offer relocation support? If so, where can I find them?

In Germany, all jobs technically offer relocation. There is no difference for the employer (aside from the wait, which is comparable with poaching workers from other companies). With a bit of help from a relocation consultant, you can get a residence permit and start working surprisingly fast.

I help people move to Germany on allaboutberlin.com, and I'm publishing my updated work visa guide on the 18th. It should have all the info you need and plenty of resources to get you across.

The German tech industry is going through a recession right now, so fewer employers are hiring, but it's still possible to find work if you have good experience.

No, but many larger companies in EU offer VISA sponsorship.
