How does HN choose which "hiring" posts to show?


I feel like I always see the post about Skio hiring. Why do I see theirs far more often than other companies?

This site exists to be a free place for YC to post job ads for their companies.

Skio must be a priority for them right now if you're seeing their ads a lot. Or maybe they have a lot of turnover.
