I want an iPad but don't have that much money, What's alt?

Any idea? I need to keep making hand drawn pictures here and there and save them to my Joplin notes. I'm currently taking pics from camera by drawing in paper. I want something simple..I can afford upto 150 USD. Hope I can get something for this in Nepal(tech is expensive here).

Amazon Fire tablets have some annoying advertising but they are crazy cheap. The camera is not that bad
