How can I make something Saudi Arabia wants?

It’s pretty simple, if you want to figure out what users want, a sane first step is to try talking to them.

In addition to Sajarin's suggestion[0] of "ask them", look at something that appears inefficient or broken to you, make a fix for it, and see if it takes off
