How do you deal with back-to-the office anxiety?
Hey HN, around 4 months ago I began working in person for a somewhat large company (~60,000 emp) employees. Some days are alright but most of the time I'm too anxious to communicate. My performance has been good and I'm getting recognized, but when coworkers approach me I completely shut down. I feel like I've forgotten how to connect.
Has anyone managed to overcome something like this?
Some background is I previously worked 100% remotely for a smaller company for around 10 months right after college, and then remote for another 3 months with my new job. Wasn't the healthiest thing in retrospect.
