I hope my understanding of the complaint is correct. Im trying to understand how the technique works. It seems Google bidding tools submit two bids on behalf of a customer. First bid is the original customer bid, the second artificial google bid is to make the customer win the auction and to make the original customer bid the second bid to set the price. In absence of the artificial bid the customer would pay the real second price. Did I get it right?
