What Is “Fractal Programming”?
I'm courting a potential new client as a freelance programmer. They want to know if I have experience with "fractal programming". It's not math fractals, it's a different concept that has to do with back-end architecture and it has ties to US election data. I looked it up and it seems like complete nonsense.
If I recall it just means they'd only give you 1% of their production data, or even just fake data for you to work with. They'll deploy your code but you won't have access to real customer data. I've seen this with health related data (similar to HIPPAA).
