Why does YC back Alpha Vantage?

Their API is not versioned, some of it is out of date, and they don't seem to respond to technical support requests after being a paying customer.Seems like a lousy company to me.------My conclusion, if you use them, just stick to the free plan, because that's all it's good for.https://www.alphavantage.co/
