How do I find a job where I can coast?

I've grown tired of working at tech companies (e.g. FAANG, wannabe FAANG, and wannabe FAANG startups) with arbitrary deadlines and CEOs and directors that are breathing down my neck. I'm happy to do work but I don't want pressure. I don't want to shoot for a promotion, IPO, or acquisition. I just want to punch in and out and make an ok salary.
