Great startup idea, but cannot solo

Assume for a moment that you have a truly impactful (valuable for people) idea that solves a major problem (and probably saves $$$$ which == $$).

But you are experienced enough to recognize that you lack some significant skills necessary to solo-build.

Where do you start?

There are countless "startup schools". Some expect a team and MVP for entry. Some appear to allow anyone with an idea; but some of those may be sketchy or innefectual.

If I said, "I have an idea which will make tech hiring many times better for candidates and companies!", which startup school/group/mentor should I aim for?

Start by trying the idea out manually, the school of hard knocks (and some reading) will be a better edu. Watch the https://startupschool.org videos for what the other schools would teach you.

fyi, making hiring in tech easier sounds great, but no one has delivered yet. You might start by telling us your hypothesis that makes your idea different. This is the essence of startup, early feedback and fast iterations
