Is Humane Vaporware?


This company has built their entire brand of some of their employees having worked at Apple and they copy their marketing playbook. Hundreds of millions in funding and all they've done is teased a device with a fake demo during a TEDx talk.

They had a release date for October IIRC but that has been replaced with "later this year".

Whats the view from those in the industry - is this company ever releasing a device? What's the fallout for founders if they don't?

Do you really want a UI where you have to keep your arm lifted up so you can see your hand? At Marine boot camp, our drill instructors used to do stuff like that as a punishment.
