Immigrants from where? And to where? It makes a difference.
Immigrants from other Western countries should perhaps avoid Germany, which isn't doing well at the moment. Economic migrants from Africa think any place in Europe will be a source of free money - and they aren't wrong, compared to where they came from.
The US? You couldn't pay me enough to go there. What a divisive, political mess. With a disappearing middle class: you can earn $800k at Meta, or $18k at Starbucks. I exaggerate, but you get the point.
China? Fine, as long as you don't mind living in a totalitarian country, with all that implies.
