Not allowing Ad Blockers on YouTube has affected your Usage

I have YouTube Red or whatever it’s called now.

I watch a lot of YouTube generally but also I wind up watching a lot of videos for 17 seconds trying to get hints for music cues and things. Ads just make that super hard and watch on enough devices and in enough places that any ad blocking solution wouldn’t work for me, but I support the notion.

For me the usual adblock extension and Brave browser still work most of the time. Recently I got two skippable ads on one video but overall no problem. As I am using YT for streaming music I downloaded all relevant videos to have them available for sure without ads.

I will certainly use alternatives if YT begins to force ads.

I use uBlock and Ghostery. I gave permission for uBlock to pass the Google ad sites, and for whatever reason I still never see ads. Not that I'm complaining.
