How to choose a good domain name for a SaaS startup?


Does it affect SEO in anyway? Are there websites to help me choose my domain name given the mission statement or summary of what the product does?

My company is hosted on a subdomain actually : https://autodubber.neurals.ai/

I was wondering if I should switch to a new domain and if yes, which one! How to decide that scientifically?

imho. (!) congratulations - so you saved something like 100 us$ a year for not buying your own domain ... who cares about seo!?

or are you waiting for some domain-grabber to pay them a premium in the future!?

idk ... in my world this is just stupid, the price for a decent domain is decimal-dust even for a small startup, let alone for a successful / larger one.
