What is your policy regarding working overtime and on weekends

I am part-time in these United States, and as such, my weekly hours have a hard limit at 29, and overtime is out of the question.

However, my schedule is 100% flexible. My workweek is reckoned as beginning on Monday, so I can generally clock enough hours to be done by Thursday, or even Wednesday. If I work shorter shifts, I may work on Saturdays, which hardly bothers me, because I love my work, and what else would I do? But I do tend to keep my Sundays (and Holy Days of Obligation) holy, for worship and recreation.
