So what is the new price?! Why not show the new price too in the email?
Here is the link from the email: https://support.spotify.com/us/article/price-updates/ That does not give the new prices either!
I feel like companies using these dark patterns do not understand how off-putting this is to customers (I'd assume most customers can see right through this dark pattern, and they'd be slightly more annoyed because of this).
Maybe they did some a/b testing and people responded negatively when they saw the price, so now they’re not including it in the email.
