I get those when I use it from home. I think it is because I use it a lot from home because my RSS reader YOShInOn automatically rewrites links to paywalled sites to that site. At work I have no problem, even using the same devices.
I get around it by using Tor, where I occasionally have to fill out a CAPTCHA or occasionally get told I'm not allowed to use the site because of automated activity but I don't get stuck in that loop which I can't get out of.
