How to harness the wind that buffets my Bangalore apartment?

As stated, my Bangalore apartment gets a lot of wind. I want to use it to reduce my and my family's carbon footprint.

I already air dry (dryers are a rarity in India). We don't really need air conditioning and fans at high speed here for about half the year.

What else can I do? Feels like a waste to let all this wind go unharnessed.

NB - while all suggestions are welcome, tips you have seen used/available in India would be more useful.

NB2 - I'm reasonably handy so if something needs a bit of DIY/tinkering to set up, I'm happy to do that.

You cannot efficiently or effectively harness wind energy without a very large device. Nothing that you can fit on your balcony will harvest any significant amount of energy, not even enough to slowly charge your phone.

If your balcony gets sun during the day, you would be better off with a few cheap solar panels. They might at least be able to charge your phone for a few hours a day.
