For one thing, a legitimate interview has to be a two-way street. I'm interviewing them just as much as they're interviewing me. If I can't get what I need from the "interview", I'm out.
For another, if they really are analyzing my image to try to read my mind, then I don't trust that company's judgement. I'm out.
And also, if a company is dehumanizing me right up front like that, can you imagine the nightmare that must be waiting if I were to actually work there? I can. I'm out.
