GDocs alternative that definitely doesn’t use text for LLM training?

It seems somewhat vague whether docs and gmail will use private user text for LLM training.

What do people like as a gdocs alternative with easy sharing, where most recipients either already have accounts or don’t require accounts, with clear no LLM training on private data policies?
