Database of timestamped cringe moments in movies

Wouldn't it be great if there was a database of timestamped cringe moments that would have an api that you could consume in extensions that would automatically skip the cringe moment in movies?

What would be a good business model for something like that?

This sounds like data that is difficult to collect and rather worthless.

You mention wanting to "skip the cringe moments" but would the movie still make sense? Why would you want to do that? And I can't think of another use case either.

You’d need extensions for a lot of things like Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire Sticks and all the various apps on those devices. I doubt many of the apps can be scripted in that manner.

Making GIFs of these moments would be fruitful, although you're up against Giphy and a few others who have monetized GIFs.

Why would you want to skip scenes of a movie? Is cringe code for sex/violence/nudity? There is a market for skipping that.

What are cringe moments, exactly? Is everyone's cringe the same?
