With various new models hitting human-level performance on certain tasks, are the days of protecting a website with CAPTCHAs numbered?What will this new world look like?

I really don't know, but the next few years will sure be interesting for content moderation and anti-spam methods.That is provided, of course that, people actually care about bots, large companies might well not, as bots drive up user counts. With increasingly more human like bots, it will be increasingly difficult to determine just how bad it is. An internet full of bots might be a conspiracy theory now (Dead internet theory), but is quickly becoming plausible.

Websites will either use the "web integrity" API or just straight up ask for payment for a "plus" plan that allows you to bypass them.
