Colo recommendations and pricing in Silicon Valley for startups?

Hey fellow HN'ers, working on a rapidly growing startup and I need to get some servers racked. I've done it many times but it's been a few years since I've set up anything in Silicon Valley

Wondering if anyone can recommend some South Bay (San Jose, Sunnvale, Santa Clara, or nearby) colocation facilities and share pricing?

I'd love to rent a small cage (3-9 racks) but willing to resort to cabinets. I'd also love to have a lot of power per rack to keep things dense, so 10+ kW per rack with A+B power would be ideal.

I know Equinix/CoreSite will work but will probably be quite expensive. And I know HE in Fremont is a popular choice and I may consider them but looking for other options.

I'd love the best price:performance option but I care enough about reliability/quality that I'd rather overpay rather than suffer unnecessary headaches.
