Screen recording software with real-time zooming?

I'm looking for a screen recording software for Windows that supports real-time zooming in and out of certain areas of the screen during recording. The purpose is record product demos and zoom in on certain features during the demo. So far the only solution I've found is for MacOS https://screen.studio

What do you mean by real-time? Do you want your screen to zoom while you are recording? Or do you mean that you want the zooming to happen automatically?

Often these tools live somewhere under Accessibility settings - at least for macOS that is.

Have you tried Windows Magnifier?
