Best resources to learn Java in 2023

I've picked up Java in short spurts in the past so I basically need to build up from the foundations.

I'd generally start from latest official documentation but haven't heard too many good things about it so curious if there are better ways.

Currently looking for a well planned comprehensive path to expertise using succinct, pragmatic and high quality resources that bring me up to date with everything Java.
