No .. will they send an explicit reject for early decision? Wish we got stats on how many groups applied, and acceptance rate. I read the last batch had a 1% accept, which surprised me. Given the high interest in AI, I expect at least 6 groups working on all the ideas .. has a lot to do with execution, funding and luck.
I don't see too many votes on this .. would be fun to connect with folks that applied (regardless of outcome). I suspect a lot of scientists will be in this thing (I am a scientist and have colleagues quit their jobs of late to avail the opportunity).
