Any software to manage team rotations?

I'm looking for a software that will let me handle different kinds of rotations in a team, like:

- On-Call rotation

- Team member responsible for answering questions from other teams for the week

- Any other kind of member rotation

I would like it to be able to trigger actions based on those schedules as well.

Any idea of a tool that could do something like this ?
