Where do you find new interactive art/free games online? (like flash)

I was enjoying the Internet Archive's Classic flash games archive, and missing that sense of spontaneous creativity, created by regular people with ideas.

Does anyone have any sources or communities that are still producing this kind of art and entertainment for each other?
