Opencollective.com for FOSS Funding? Alternatives?

Hi everyone, I have a FOSS project that I would like to collect donations for. I looked at ko-fi first, but since they send the donations to PayPal, not only I end up with about half of the donated amount in the end, but everything that was donated is now locked in the account because PayPal thinks that I am a business so they demand that I disclose a lot of private information and write them an essay about what I do as a business (I am not a business) to unlock my account. I gave up on that and opened an opencollective.com account which has been pending approval for about 2 or so weeks now. Is this waiting time normal or should I start looking for another platform again? Does anyone have a recommendation for a donation platform that can pay out directly to a bank account in EUR or GBP and doesn't take a ridiculous amount from the donations?

We use OC, I can't remember how long it took for approval I'm afraid. We also use GitHub sponsors which we get paid into our OC account.

Obviously there is Patreon but not sure if they also operate the same way and how much of a cut they take.

The other one I found interesting but doesn't really suit our needs was https://salt.bountysource.com/.
