Which are your favourite blogs in terms of aesthetics?

I recently redesigned my blog (alexmolas.com) to a minimalistic design. My favourite blogs are all minimalistic since I believe it's easier to focus on the content. For example I love the style of gregorygundersen.comWhich are your favourite blogs in terms of style? Without taking into account the content of the blogs.

Is it called esthetic having minimalistic design of whatever?
In my opinion nope.
Minimalistic DESIGN is to work with what you have and not more than that. That implies the typefaces used, to position them in a sort to fulfill the DESIGN.
As an example a goog link:

So it's not like minimalistic == as less elements as possible. It's rather the usage of type to produce a sort of harmony for eyes.

Probably one of the things I appreciate most is a blog in dark mode. Unsure why, but I just prefer dark mode.I just looked at your blog. Very minimalist. Was it inspired by someone else?
