Is your IBM Quantum Computing account also blocked?

Shortly after creating a new account, it was blocked. I contacted IBMid Support but they couldn't help, I contacted Quantum Team Support, where I got this link: https://ibm.biz/BdfaME (Disabled Account Appeals, goes to https://airtable.com/shrSlrmHASV8wkVZY) but that did not help either.

At the moment there are two events happening in Qiskit/IBM Quantum Computing world: "Quantum Explorers" and https://qisk.it/quantum-explorers and "Qiskit Global Summer School 2023", and this is basically why I create the account for in the first place. On one hand, I see I got assigned to a group and a project and, on the other, I can't even log in.

On this site: https://www.ibm.com/quantum/access-plans IBM promotes the Open Plan as the Best for Educators, new learners, and developers who do not need to execute larger workloads.

I am a new learner and a developer, so I felt warmly invited. And then the face slap.

I am not related to any organization (like university or research institute) and I used my private email address (I own the domain). Just wanted to learn new skills in a funny but organized way.

I searched the Internet and it seems to be a bigger issue that just my case.
