Where to find a physician or healthcare co-founder?

Currently building https://www.radiantai.health/ and while we have the tech stack down, we're looking to hire/bring on a physician co-founder. However, we found that a lot of senior doctors are mostly checked out/uninterested in disrupting their workflow, while the junior doctors (residents) don't have any political say in their org. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue before and where to find interested/motivated healthcare domain SMEs!
