You can use Google's video search or use advanced search filters like "intitle:", "description:" directly in YouTube.I made a search form for YouTube with advanced search filters: https://playlists.at/youtube/search/

YT changed something. I now get a handful of somewhat relevant results that quickly spiral off into unrelated clickbait.A couple alternatives I use are DuckDuckGo's video search or using the 'site:youtube.com' search operator in Google.

It's just messed up now days. I am trying to find an old Nassim Taleb video (10 years+) where he was talking about the "Fooled by Randomnes" book.
He was interviewed by some journalist.
The problem is the you can't eve filter by time published now and there are alot of off topic videos in the search results. Along with trash YouTube Shorts videos.
