I abstain. There's no amount paid to me, them, charity or otherwise, that would convince me to become the owner of a multimillion user online platform.

I would be willing to take it for as little as $1B. But then I would just shut it down.

musk could go a long way towards rescuing his reputation if he'd convert Twitter into a public charity, especially if he puts in place a diverse board.
