Books Similar to the Phoenix Project

I really enjoyed reading this book, and it gave me new perspective to look from at my org, and even my own work, official and personal. In fact I am re-reading the book to re-evaluate my personal way of working which is not very efficient and I want to improve a lot.

I am going to read THE GOAL, THE UNICORN PROJECT and BUY THE TOYOTA WAY next.

Apart from these books, are there any more books would you recommend to read for sure to learn more? I am not just looking at IT Domain, can be any business/domain.

I don't think you have to read The Goal. TPP is basically The Goal with different names for the characters in a different industry. The story is otherwise exactly the same.

The Phoenix Project was instrumental in de-"Brenting" myself and making myself more replaceable[1] and less of being the go-to guy for everything. As a result, my team is strong and I'm having far fewer distractions/tasks and can focus on bigger picture stuff.

1. A totally great thing. I don't want my value being contingent on fiefdoms and black boxes.

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team is similar in style and a good read.
