Did Chrome suddenly break cookies?

We've had a web app that lets you login via a cookie for months now. Used to work fine in chrome. Today all of a sudden, login no longer works. But only chrome. Safari, Firefox etc still fine. It just submits the form and get a 302 redirect but no cookie stored. How is this possible?
