I'm going out of my mind going around in circles with Shopifys frontline support.
Have found an issue with their email notifications and would just like to submit a bug report rather than being told to install an app, hire a developer, that customisations are out of support scope etc.

(i understand you said non-security; it's more about using the correct title of the email to support@ so it can be accurately triaged on their end?)
