Do all HN links have noreferrer now?

I understand this might be related to privacy, but as a website owner, it's really useful to know where people on my website came from and if there is a discussion about my product/business somewhere online.I see that on 28th of June (yesterday) referrer was still passed. Was there any change starting today?

Afaik submissions with no upvotes ("1 point") have rel="nofollow noreferrer" set on the link. When somebody upvotes it's removed.Edit: I'm wrong, ignore.
