What makes up a good cold out reach email?

I'm about to start reaching out to perspective customers for a product I'm building and I was looking to get some advice on what makes a good email?I know it should be short, straight to the point, and focus on the value they will get. But is there anything else I'm missing?

There is no magic bullet. You're going to have to email 5-7 times and expect a dismal response rate. The cold email should have the reader feel a visceral pain point and feel relieved there is a solution.
