Resources for internationalization with Ruby character languages

We have a React based e-commerce site that in a few months should be made ready for the Korean market. It's a pretty standard Western type e-commerce site. I'm looking for any resources on design issues one should think about when porting an English design to Korean - specifically I worry about Ruby characters.

Unfortunately googling for Ruby Characters internationalization and variations thereof is not very helpful.

So hopefully someone knows some resources I could use to prepare for it instead of learning whatever problems there as I encounter them?
