Is cloud domain API going to be shutdown?

I understand that Google is selling domain business to Sqarespace.But it is not clear what is going to happen with https://domains.googleapis.com/(I&rsquo;m not talking about Google domain express checkout api)I was not able to find anything on cloud console.

It is probably going to get converted/transferred over into Squarespace's API ecosystem, brush up on theirs to be safe.High likeliness, though, that they will keep the Google API very similar, or even the same.

What I find hilarious about this is that Google introduced the .zip domain and then shutdown their registrar a week later.
