I had a quick look at your submission summary and noted a dead post to seposts, so that suggests you can actually post a link. The reason the post went dead is IMO because the link points to a site / blog that HN software automatically marks dead, since often the content within the site is a reposting or rehashng other existing content and often not even bothering to tag it with the original author ... and if it's been summarised or reshaped by a non human, I don't think this site looks kindly on bot / ai generated rehashed content either.
It's always a good idea before posting to any forum or discussion area to spend time getting a feel for the normal etiquette within the the area - as well of course as familiarising with the TOS and FAQ. (ie the guidelines)
I would also suggest you visit your settings and use the option to see dead posts - it's quite interesting and educational.
