For example, I happen to specialize in performance & scalability, both in terms of coming in (remotely) to do fixes, rescues/rewrites, tuning or even a blanket mandate to "do whatever it takes to save us more money than you will cost us." (Like I save you $20k so get $5k. Or save you $1M so get $200k. An exchange which sure seems like "common sense" from an economic perspective. heh)
But... are their other areas of focus where there's a big gap between supply and demand -- NOW -- talent-wise?
AI, ML, and LLMs would all make sense -- but I don't want to speculate.
