Founder Salary for Bootstrapped Startups

Me and my co-founder are going to work full time on our boostrapped startup here in they bay area. We don't plan to raise money for a while. He's going to get a 15K salary and I no salary. I will fund the whole operation till we raise money.

Is our incorporated startup required to pay minimum wages to us to be compliant with Cali law? If no, what are the ways to get around that requirement?
