Makes inkjet prints of photographs, art reproductions and such. Would like to put a QR code next to a print that would be linked to an AR and a VR experience. For AR additional information would be projected on the wall next to the print, but I'd also like to invite the user to visit a "land", for instance, an art gallery where they can view that art and related art.
Thinks it is important that such an experience can also be experienced on a mobile phone or desktop computer.
Persona B: Owner of several Thai restaurants in a small city. Master of SEO and social media marketing, dominates the SERPs for his business area in his town and has thought a lot about his relationship with food delivery services and such. Spends $100 a day for an ad in the newspaper, could be sold on a $30,000 project (done by a local shop that makes mobile apps and web sites, maybe even Persona A) based on some combination of the business case and appeal to vanity.
Imagines a project similar to Persona A's but is focused towards building a brand or facilitating commerce.
Persona C: Maybe Persona B doesn't have the resources to succeed at this or decides it isn't worth it. Persona C is a similar person but in a larger organization with a budget 10x-100x larger. Imagine somebody doing marketing for Taco Bell.

What does it take to create this kind of experience? How does somebody prepare now to be delivering this kind of experience in 6 months to 1 year?
